- Renter Responsibilities: Renters must return the equipment in the agreed condition and comply with all applicable safety and operational guidelines.
- Payments & Fees: Payments must be processed through Whynda’s platform. Owners and Renters agree to any applicable service fees associated with their transactions.
6. Payments & Security Deposits
All transactions are processed through third-party payment providers. Renters may be required to provide a security deposit, which will be held and returned according to Whynda’s policies.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Owner Cancellations: If an Owner cancels a rental, the Renter may receive a full refund.
- Renter Cancellations: Renters may cancel subject to the cancellation policy set forth in the rental agreement.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed at Whynda’s discretion and in accordance with platform policies.
8. Insurance & Liability
- Owners are responsible for ensuring their equipment is adequately insured.
- Renters are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the rental period.
- Whynda is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from rental transactions.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Provide false information or misrepresent equipment conditions.
- Use the Service to engage in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Tamper with the security or proper functioning of the Service.
10. Termination
Whynda reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whynda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
